SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DATE OF PREORDERS

The shipping of per-ordered products will commence with the launch date which is expected to be Friday, March 6. However dispatchment of orders might be delayed depending on the efficiency of our supply chain. If a long delay is anticipated, we will notify you about this change if you have made a pre-order.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

Currently we only deliver to Switzerland, and select European countries. If you country does not appear in the drop down list for the delivery address, feel free to contact us to see if we can make an exception and accommodate you. Currently we are not shipping to the US or UK.

LOCAL PICKUP

All orders can also be collected free of charge locally.
Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours on business days.

Once you have received your email confirmation, please arrange a pickup time by sending an email to info (@) noelaniskincare.com or by sending an SMS or WhatsApp message to +41 79 198 4227. Bring your email confirmation with you.

SHIPPING COSTS
Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Free shipping for orders over CHF 150. For orders below CHF 150, there are two options

·       PostPac Economy (1-2 Business days) = CHF 7

·       PostPac Priority (Next working day, including Saturday) = CHF 9

Europe: Free shipping for orders over EUR 250 (before shipping, after promotional discount). For orders below EUR 250, orders are shipped via FedEx  International Priority:

·       EU countries= EUR 22

·       Norway = EUR 29

TAXES AND DUTIES

For EU countries and Norway, taxes and duties are included in the product price.

DELIVERY TIMES

Switzerland: 1-3 business days via Swiss Post
European Union: 2-15 business days via International Priority by FedEx*
*Delivery time estimate may be exceeded due to delays with customs clearance.

Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order confirmation. The timeline of delivery depends on your country and upon the receipt of payment. Once we receive your payment, we aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours Monday to Friday. However in February and March 2026, with the new launches, it may take two to three weeks to process orders. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Swiss holidays will be processed on the following business day, unless indicated otherwise. Kindly note that due to fluctuations in order volumes, delivery times may be longer than indicated below.

Most orders shipped via standard shipping are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. – Most standard shipping orders will be delivered within 2-15 business days from the order dispatch date.

All orders can also be collected locally free of charge.
