You can return the products within 30 days as long as they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The sticker seal on the outer packaging must not be opened to be considered unopened.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and check if any items are damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us at within 10 working days from time of delivery with clear photographs, your order number, email address and phone number, so that
we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Once we receive your payment, we aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Swiss holidays will be processed on the following business day, unless indicated otherwise.
