Who is Noelani Skincare for?

Noelani is slow-aging skincare made for women 30+ whose skin is changing, especially through perimenopause and menopause, when skin often turns drier, duller or more sensitive. The four formulas are gentle enough for everyday use and work for anyone who wants a simple, natural routine.

Where are your products made?

Our products are crafted in Switzerland. They bring together Hawaiian botanicals, Swiss alpine extracts, biotech actives and microbiome-supportive ingredients.

Are your products natural and vegan?

Yes. All four formulas are 100% natural origin, vegan, cruelty free and dermatologist approved.

What do you leave out of your formulas?

No synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, sulphates, petrochemicals, BHA/BHT, artificial dyes, mineral oil or GMOs. Every formula is made with 100% natural-origin, vegan ingredients. Read more in Our Philosophy.

Which product should I start with?

If you are new to Noelani, start with the Sample Size Bundle (CHF 25). It holds a sachet of each of the four formulas, enough for about three applications each, so you can try the full ritual before choosing full sizes.

In which order should I use the products?

Use them in four steps: 1. cleanse with the Kuʻuipo Powder-to-Foam Cleanser, 2. tone and hydrate with the Makamae Mist Elixir, 3. nourish with the ʻIli Nani Vitamin C Oil Serum, 4. finish with the Hōkūloa Bakuchiol & Noni Moisturizer.

How does the powder cleanser work?

Pour a little Kuʻuipo powder into your wet palm and add a few drops of water. It turns into a soft, creamy foam that cleanses gently without stripping the skin, with a calming scent of rose and vetiver.

What is bakuchiol?

Bakuchiol is a plant-based alternative to retinol. In our Hōkūloa moisturizer it is paired with noni stem cells, snow mushroom and prebiotics to hydrate, strengthen the skin barrier and help improve firmness and radiance.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are dermatologist approved and designed to respect the skin barrier and microbiome. As with any new skincare, we recommend testing a small amount on your inner arm first. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant, please check with your doctor.

How do I use the gua sha?

The rose quartz Noelani Gua Sha is made to be used with the ʻIli Nani Vitamin C Oil Serum. Apply a few drops of serum, then glide the stone gently upward and outward over your face. The cool stone makes it a calming evening ritual.

What sizes do you offer?

Each formula comes as a full size, a travel size and a sample. The complete routine is also available as a Full-Size Bundle or Travel Size Bundle, both 10% less than buying the products separately, and as the Sample Size Bundle at 20% less.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and France.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can collect your order free of charge near Basel by appointment. Please contact us first by email at info@noelaniskincare.com or by SMS or WhatsApp at +41 79 198 4227 to arrange a date and time.

How much does shipping cost?

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: free from CHF 150. Below that, PostPac Economy costs CHF 7 and PostPac Priority CHF 9. France: free from EUR 250. Below that, FedEx International Priority costs EUR 22.

Do I pay VAT or customs fees?

In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, no. Noelani Skincare is not subject to Swiss VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. For France, French VAT and customs duties are included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch within 72 hours, Monday to Friday. Delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein takes 1 to 3 business days with Swiss Post. Delivery to France takes 2 to 15 business days with FedEx, depending on customs.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 30 days, as long as it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Fill in the withdrawal form, then send the products back within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our refund policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please write to info@noelaniskincare.com or send a WhatsApp to +41 79 198 4227 within 7 days of delivery, with photos, your order number and your contact details. We will sort it out as quickly as possible.

Gifts, stores and events

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Our digital gift card comes in CHF 25, 50, 100 or 200, is delivered by email, has no minimum spend and stays valid until fully used.

Where can I buy Noelani in a shop?

Noelani is available at partner spas and shops in Switzerland. You will find all our stockists, with addresses and links, on our Stores page.

Can I sell Noelani in my shop, spa or salon?

Yes, we are always happy to welcome new stockists who share our care for quality skincare. Write to Noelani at noelani@noelaniskincare.com.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes. You collect petal points on every order and when you refer friends, and you can redeem them for rewards. Find out more on our Rewards Program page.

Can I book a Hawaiian Glow Ritual for a group?

Yes. The Hawaiian Glow Ritual Experience is a guided five-phase facial ritual for small groups, where you learn the routine and leave with glowing skin.
