Refund policy


RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order at www.noelaniskincare.com, you can return the products within 30 days as long as they are in their original condition, that is, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The product is considered open when the seal on the outer packaging (box) is opened. However, no specially promoted "final sale" items can be refunded.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@noelaniskincare.com or send a Whatsapp message to +41 79 198 4227, with the following information: 

  • Order number

  • First and last name

  • Reason for return

We will send you a return form to print out and include with your items when you ship them. If you don't have a printer, you can copy the form. After you have announced your return to us by email or text, you have 14 days to return your products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and sent using a traceable shipping method so that you can provide us with proof of your return upon request. 

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. You will receive email confirmation and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and check if any items are damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please email us at info@noelaniskincare.com or call or send a Whatsapp message to +41 79 198 4227  immediately. Any issues must be reported within 7 days from time of delivery  with clear photographs, your order number, email address and phone number, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. Damage caused by improper transportation must be reported to the respective shipping company within 7 days of arrival
